If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date. The following conditions apply:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The product must be returned with all tags, receipts, and accompanying accessories (if any).
- Custom-engraved or personalized items are not eligible for return.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different model, size, or color, we are happy to accommodate your request, provided the item is returned in its original condition. You can exchange the product within 30 days of delivery. If there is a price difference, we will either charge or refund the difference based on the exchange value.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact@jivonluxury.site. We will work with you to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or a full refund. You will not be responsible for shipping costs in these cases.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team via email at contact@jivonluxury.site to obtain a return authorization.
- We will provide you with instructions for returning the item, as well as a prepaid return label (if applicable).
- Pack the item securely and return it to the address we provide. Make sure the original packaging and receipt are included.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for health, hygiene, or safety reasons, including:
- Personalized or custom-engraved items.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or sale items marked as “final sale.”
7. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
8. International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process. The same return conditions apply as for domestic returns.
